The Smiddy Cottage is all on the ground floor and there are no steps.

The sitting/dining area, and bedrooms have wood block floors with rugs.

Heating is by night store heaters and an electric coal effect stove.

Sky TV is installed with the usual choice of channels.

The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe with full length mirrored doors and dressing table with stool. A hair dryer is provided.

Bathroom with panelled bath, shower and WC. Shaving cupboard with mirror and shaving point.

The Kitchen is equipped with an electric ceramic hob cooker plus oven and grill. There is a dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer and toaster. In addition to crockery and glass etc a good selection of kitchen utensils are available, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment.

The rent includes all bed linen, hand and bath towels, and electricity but we reserve the right to make a supplement charge in the Winter.

There is car parking on site.
